Worst customer service ever 27 January 2015 Reviewer: Sarahw from Denver, CO USA 405 of 746 people found this review helpful Compatibility / Access Methods: Security: Features: Ease of Use / Navigation: Ease of Joining / Registration: Customer Support: Value for Money: Overall Star Rating: Used to be free, then it was $49 a year and now $99 a year. We do not need the Pro version but they force you to use it regardless. This company is the worst. Also, 60+ minutes on hold to dispute the charges.
